1. I also had some minor billing issues; however, these issues were promptly and respectfully taken care of.

3. Noise could be an issue for some guests, since the lobby, where multiple guest rooms overlook, is quite the social scene on the weekend.

5. The same issue happens in the morning - luxuriate over breakfast in bed or have amazing mimosas and brunch at Smyth? I really can't say enough good things about it - the staff is tremendous, the food is not only delicious but also chosen with a careful eye for local/organic ingredients, and the experience is unparalleled.

9. There is a train track close to the North side of the building but the trains go by infrequently, so I don't think that would be an issue.
