4. For us, the pros of: comfy clean king bed, spectacular views, friendly staff, great location and fairly lowish prices (compared to other hotels on the strip) far outweighed the cons: some rooms being quite dark and dingy, the dated and worn carpets,and the need for a new paint job.

5. The whole exterior could do with a lick of paint and the carpets are very tired and worn but the view is second to none,there are little balconies to sit on, the room is very neat and kept well cleaned by housekeeping.
