8. The room itself had hair on the floor, mold on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the carpet, spilt soda or coffee that became nice a gueey on the entertainment ctr/fridge cabinet, a floor lamp that was broken and kept falling over, and a 'patio' door that was far from being securable.

9. The furniture was old and beat up and rusty, the bathroom was moldy, the wallpaper was gouged and peeling, and the grout and tile was very dirty and broken.

10. It cost $20 to valet your car and it's worth it because it's not worth it to get your rental car broken into or towed away if you park it on the streets.
