On 13 trips to Hawaii we have stayed in many of the other budget hotels, and to date I have stayed at this hotel twice now, in all fairness I have stayed in better hotels but that's because I paid for a nicer hotel, as budget hotels go this is a very fairly priced one, the rooms and bathroom were kept very clean daily, its quiet, and remember your not taking up permanent residence in the room (not unless your strange), and the staff were extremely friendly, they will accommodate your needs whenever possible, the 3 elevators for the high floors are express, location wise if your lazy and you don't like a little stroll to the beach, then once again this hotel isn't for you, remember it isn't that far to the beach.
