1. The next issues were that the refrigerator that was overly loud and the TV picture was full of snow.

4. The only fault that I had was a small maintenance issue where the bathroom fan sounded like it was trying to beat its way out of the ceiling, so I had to shower quickly/loudly or quietly and in dim light.

8. there were a number of maintenance issues: stopper in sink missing, folks getting stuck on the elevator and firemen/policemen trying to get it working again, ice machine for two floors broken, one evening I had no hot water in the shower.

10. There were a few maintenance issues such as slow drainage in the sink and an uneasy vibration on the fifth floor that was probably caused by resonance from air conditioning or other equipment on the roof.
