3. now my second complaint goes to the GM when I 1st went down to grab a bite the front desk was more than helpful letting me know where everything was being real courtesy, an hour later I sent my (1) guest down to grab another bite and b4 this guest made it to the refreshments the GM approach in front of the entire guest in the hotel lobby and asked : 'what company are you with?' G: no company I'm just a guest GM: I'm sorry this is a business gathering only for people that's with a business.
