The managers and employees of this hotel were nice despite the issues I had, they fixed them all except it is pretty impossible to fix the noisy guest

problem
s with our room, but other people in our group had some additional complaints such as clogged bathtub drain, dirty sheets, etc.

with the room heater, not only did someone come fix it right away but the staff later left me an apology letter with two chocolate bars.
