3. i will never stay here again it was outrageous, myself and my friends decided to spend our last five nights in a prestigious hotel so splashed the cash, but not only was the room i was given unbearably loud and cold but when i complained they said they have no rooms till the morning so grit my teeth and went to bed and to my horror my bed was soaked in urine the sheets were just made up over this disgusting mess.
