1. The negative attributes are that sound freely carries in the hallways/rooms and, in my one experience, the amenities don't always work.

2. The only negative thing I could say is the space at the bottom of the room doors was to big which allowed to much light and noise into the room at night from the hallway.

4. Also, when I checked out, they forgot to charge me for parking (which was one of my negatives - no place on the website did it say that parking is $* a day).

5. My only negative was that the range of Tv programs was not balanced a lot of fox news and no mnbc.
