3. The only issues i experimented is that the sink has a fawcett that is very uncomfortable for morning toothwash and that in the shower, the hot water comes after a long wait.

4. However, if it's peeling maybe it would be a good idea if the hotel might put a temporary mat down over the peeling that way the guests who are paying for a nice room might not be uncomfortable.
