1. But when my husband called corporate recently to complain about our experience, they were not much better than the Hyatt Place staff.

2. My only complained is that we had a room heading in the front of the hotel and at night there were a lot of guests outside partying and making noise but I think this is a Radom situation due to spring break.

5. The only thing we have to complain is a big dirt spill on the carpet in the middle of the floor that somewhat took from the room's beauty.
