1. And both times when I called back a 2nd time to let them know I`d solved the issue myself, I was told that the person I`d been waiting for 'was sitting right beside (me)' at the desk- as apposed to being en route to our room to fix the problem.

3. I have read reviews and I don't see the problem with the building.

4. It is true that the inn is surrounded by apartments, but we didn't find this a problem at all (except for the noisy people, but that could happen in any hotel.

10. The problem is the doors of the rooms are located right in front of the main street entrance, so very often even with room AC running, you hear a beep of the pass to get in and the loud clicking/bang of the door (all night) and talking of the tenants.
