1. And both times when I called back a 2nd time to let them know I`d solved the issue myself, I was told that the person I`d been waiting for 'was sitting right beside (me)' at the desk- as apposed to being en route to our room to fix the problem.

3. Now that I've been there, I don't know how noise could be an issue - the rooms are HUGE and while we were there we didn't hear a peep from anyone else.
