1. we complianed to the lady at the front desk and she stated that "bug in the hotel was not uncommon there".

2. ( she was not very nice) The next day, they threw us out of the "Penthouse suite" and put us back in the original room which still had the bugs crawling all over the counter top.

3. They then put us in a dirty hotel room that did not have the trash emptied, and hundreds of tiny bugs were crawling on the counter top and on the snacks that were located on the Kitchenette counter.
