1. in the front has music till around 2, but hey, if you're in South Beach, why would you go to bed early? Also, we heard the garbage trucks in the morning, but not a big deal for us.

2. Rooms were excellent and this hotel would have recieved the highest rating except the phone nor blow dyer worked (neither would have been a big deal had the airline not lost my g/f's luggage) .

3. I was afraid it would be dingy/ugly by some of the 70- ish pictures on the website, but we had a lovely rehabbed room (502) which faced the ocean, flat screen tv, was roomy and fairly clean (just a little dusty on floor- but not big deal).
