2. Unfortunately, I do not believe the housekeeping staff are educated enough to detect bed bugs despite their "educational seminars".

3. housekeeping was initially sent to room 335 to investigate and I was told that no bed bugs were found but days later I received another call stating Orkin did indeed find them.

4. I had also taken further measures by reporting my incident to the Philadelphia Health Dept and the Chief of their Environmental Engineering Section responded by informing me that they did send two Sanitarians out to inspect and interview the hotel's Director of Engineering about their procedures in dealing with bed bugs.

5. I work in the travel industry and I stay in at least three different hotels per week and these are my following observations: Firstly, the absence of blood stains do not necessarily mean that there are not any bed bugs present.
