1. Parking was an issue as it was either valet at $20, self-parking at $15 and 3 blocks away or temporary parking (short term) for $10.

7. That wouldn't be too big of an issue if it weren't for the fact that there are homeless everywhere that are not afraid to come up and grab you to get your attention.
