1. The bathroom had some minor updates like a granite countertop, but the shower/toilet room was totally outdated, extremely dim (one can light that didn't put off much light), and I nearly knocked myself out by hitting my head on the CEILING in the shower.

3. The fitness room was in really poor condition--ie: malfunctioning and seriously outdated equipment--I think I saw rust on the bikes.
