3. I know this is not true becuase there were many people at the front desk complaining including pilots and flight attendants, who were very upset because they had to fly a plane on no sleep.

7. For what the hotel had control over, there wasn`t much to complain about unless you are expecting some kind of 5-star luxury treatment (it`s a Wyndham, not the Ritz).
