3. The reception staff seemed stressed as there were maintainence issues with many rooms (including ours but we didn't even complain about our issues) and a shortage of room keys.

6. The only other issue is the location - convenient to the airport, but if you're there without a car (relying on the free shuttle to get you to or from your flight), there's absolutely no place, save for a Waffle House, to go on foot.
