1. Neither did the ones on the 2nd and 6th floors - I had to trek all the way to the bar and ask for ice (just this fact alone ensures I will never stay there again - I was attending a rather large convention in town and I am sure the hotel was near capacity - this should not have been an issue).

3. I had to go back down to the desk, wait in line again, and after intense questioning about what I may have done to de-activate the card, they re-issued me a new key.
