6. Laminate counter peeling, wallpaper peeling off the walls, filthy floor, shower/bathtub in disrepair, tub drain damaged, something which looked to be blood spotting the back of the door, and possibly the most disgusting - urine dried all over the sides and bottom of the toilet.
