1. The response from staff when these leaks were reported seemed to indicate that this was a common problem.

2. They first said yes but then called the room to tell me that since I had put a do not disturb sign on the door, it wasn't their problem to make up the room.

3. As is a problem with all Sheraton's, you do you have to pay for internet, though I believe they have a business center where you can use a computer with internet for no charge.
