5. noticed that my first room was not cleaned on the 2nd day, and while moving my things to the new room due to the heat and the air condition not working it started to smell bad, finaly someone came to look at it, and stated that it requires service.

10. Came to the front desk after this bad experience to leave but the front desk guy was so nice and professional that i stayed for him, that was the only good thing in that hotel.
