1. I am not sure why we were not worth their time but I found this to be very disturbing by a huge hotel chain as this one.

From the front desk, Shawn helped my wife in the business center w/ a computer 'glitch' and Debbie was quick w/ a hand-off of a map to my wife, when it was deemed necessary for me to seek medical attention at the nearest hospital; we extended our stay due to this and the housing staff was fairly attentive to the Do Not disturb Sign posted on our door, enabling me to sleep w/ pain-meds after the overnight ordeal in the ER.

4. The room was perfect for us - two adjoining spaces - our daughter was able to sleep in the living area on the couch while we were able to watch movies in the bedroom area without disturbing her.
