One
problem

We didn't have a
problem
with service but their walls are so thin that we could hear everything that was going on in the next room and hallways.

problem
s - TV remote didn't work (service person re-connected loose wire), couldn't get coffeemaker to brew, and almost no hot water (were told they had a
problem
with water heater).
