1. The second issue is that the blackout curtains are an inch too short now that new windows are installed.

2. There are two issues: There are only four 20-minute unloading parking places in front and you have to fight the cabbies and then the valet parkers to get one, even for a moment.

3. Stairwell has a fire-code issue-once you get in the stairwell, you can't get out unless someone lets you out.

4. It's an issue for several downtown hotels in Indianapolis so always call 10-15 minutes ahead to have your car brought up.

5. I had a minor maintenance issue that they addressed lightning fast (less than 10 minutes after I called there was a knock on my door).

6. Bottom line is that I cannot recommend this hotel any longer until they begin to address issues of an aging hotel.

8. Add to that the issue that the HVAC was not working properly and the only way to keep the room even slightly cool was to keep it running 24/7 and keeping the windows covered the entire stay.

10. The issue was that she billed it to the wrong account so now I'm waiting to see if got corrected or not.
