1. For the money it wasn't a bad price and the location was great for the meetings I was attending but I would have preferred for these things to be fixed.

3. Even one of the staff remarked that it was the only stairwell that ran all the way from the top floor to the bottom and that it probably was a bad deal that the doors had no handles on the inside.
