4. Also, I observed a bug exactly like the one shown in the previous picture on the first night I stayed here (I ignored it because I was under the false impression that bed bugs were barely visible).

Upon entering our room for the first time, the curtains were ripped, dirty,and the curtain hooks were laying in the floor (where they stayed the entire week), the window is wide open with no screen, there is bugs crawling on the beds, there is cigarette burns in the blankets, stains on the mattresses and the bedspreads.
