1. Less desirable:-While the location is good, there are quite a few 'troubled' souls roaming the streets and it may be uncomfortable for a female to walk the area alone when it's dark and deserted -- day time to dusk is absolutely fine.

2. room - the size was too small - no breathing room and we were given the deluxe no smoking king, bathroom too small, bed too hard, AC shut off and the room got super hot at night - very uncomfortable and it rained our last night, all the windows were leaking and the ceiling was leaking right above our luggage and some clothes got wet - all's they told us was they very sorry.
