4. My only complaints: I heard a fare amount of noise from outside, even being on the tenth floor, there hotel faces a fairly busy city street with buses and trucks and car traffic.

9. Very close to all the major touristy things (we walked to them all) The room was nice and clean but my only complaint is if you have a selfish person next door blaring out the tv then you will hear everything.
