2. My room was set up for one person--no closet, but a cabinet with hardly roomto hang a couple of days' clothing for one person (room safe and ironing board were in the cabinet, too), and one single cup of coffee or decaf.

4. Negatives - hard to find (located behind the hospital) but our view wasn't bad (the college soccer field), no pool (it was close to 100 degrees during our stay), the air conditioning couldn't keep up with demand, and you pay an additional $25 per day for parking in the medical parking garage.
