1. The hotel is a bit far from M street (where all the restaurants are) if the weather is bad.

2. Negatives - Hard to find (located behind the hospital) but our view wasn't bad (the college soccer field), no pool (it was close to 100 degrees during our stay), the air conditioning couldn't keep up with demand, and you pay an additional $25 per day for parking in the medical parking garage.

3. Cabs to the tourist sites are about $10-$15, but the expense isn`t that bad if you only make one round trip a day.

5. Just down the hall is a 'cafeteria' style restaurant, and breakfast was not too bad at all, depending on what you want to eat.
