3. I go back to reception to complain and an older guy there comes back to have a look at what I'm complaining about.

4. In defense of the night manager, when I complained that it took repeated phone calls and over 7 hours to fix a simple problem, she made a genuine effort to be accommodating and took the internet charge off my bill and reduced my nightly rate by $20.
