The only vending area for ice is in the basement, and oddly enough only one of the two elevators goes to the basement so if you want ice, and the 'wrong' elevator appears on your floor, you have to go to the lobby, get off the elevator, then press the down button and wait for the other one to show up.

3. Front desk was ok, evidently the suites are on the corners and we were on the WRONG corner.

5. Club Quarters can probably be a nice little hotel greatly located, but don`t expect an helping hand from the front desk if something goes wrong with your reservation.
