1. I plan to write an email to my company's corp travel group and make a complaint to them, and I will always tell my colleagues NOT to use any of the CQs.

4. had to get up at 7am to move car to parking garage, but what do you expect in the middle of washington dc? other than that no complaints at all.

6. location was excellent ; very close to attractions and metro; my only complaint was the late check out fee i was charged while i sat in room waiting on my train; i would have checked out if called at check out time of noon instead of 1pm.

9. I could put up with a lot of the seemingly minor complaints, but NOT the lack of cleanliness in room or restaturant AND not the surly attitudes of staff in hotel and restaurant.
