There are too many things to mention here, but I particularly appreciated the care they took in making sure I had a good sleep experience (hypoallergenic pillows, cotton blankets upon request), the complimentary Nespresso espresso machines in the lobby and fitness center lounge, the calm and quiet atmosphere in the pool and jacuzzi, the lack of gratuitous loud music in the elevators, lounges and pool area, etc.

4. About the only criticism I could make is that the view from our suite wasn't a bit lacking; but the suite itself was lovely.
