My only slight
complaint
was we booked through AMEX platimum and received a $200 spa credit--yet I called twice to book a facial and they never had someone on staff who could do it.

Room was very large, if a bit sparsely furnished (one
complaint
was that the 32' tv was about 20-25 feet from the bed) - could have used and fit another easy chair or even a small sofa.

My only
