1. We were in rooms 904 and 304 and except for understandable minimal street noise, we had none of the problems other reviewers spoke to.

Many of the other reviewers already covered key points: good location; large room; climate control is very limited, so there is a chance you will be too hot or too cold; there is quite a bit of noise (whether you stay in the front or back side of the hotel); and some aspects of the hotel and rooms are dated.

8. Cons: Small/slow elevator, possible street noise on some days (see comments about trucks in back), no restaurant /bar (although many choices in the area) older building ventilation (halls smelled/felt 'stuffy')was not happy with the 'value' I got on hotels.
