1. Just wish they would address the noise and Wi-Fi issue so they get the higher ratings that they deserve.

7. I think the noise is an issue on either side of the building, the back side gets the garbage truck noise and the front side gets the street noise, but this is to be expected in my opinion when you stay in a busy part of the city.

9. when i called the desk they said that yes they had issues with heat because the building absorbs heat in the day and retains it.

10. The staff were pleasant, friendly and willing to assist as necessary (storing all of our luggage for a few hours on our last day, carrying bags, providing us with items that we forgot) without any issues.
