1. ) My guests had a top-floor room facing the back, which meant that there was not much of a view, but they avoided the noise of both 9th and F Streets, which can be very loud, especially on weekends.

2. The pool looks big online but it's actually very small and can get crowded right after dinner time so I would recommend eating late and going to the pool first to avoid that after dinner rush of kids.
