I walked from the Metro station, marveling at the great location of the hotel, on N Street NW just a few blocks from Dupont Circle and in a very vibrant area, blocks from cafes and shops on Connecticut, etc. I arrived during their late afternoon wine hour and was welcomed with such friendly front desk service and offered a glass of wine to bring up to my room with me while I unpacked.
