1. (several rooms on that side of the hotel were without hot water, maybe this was all due to the small fire and the fire alarm being stuck for 30 mins) After our 3rd room change (which the front desk was very sympathetic) we did receive a lunch voucher for 4 in the hotel bar & grill.

2. My family and I have stayed here several times over the years and miss some of the old offerings -- sports bar with local university memorabilia and nice happy hour, the restaurant with lobster pot dinners/tableside salad and dessert offerings, breakfast that was included with the stay, and the daily lunch buffet -- all of which made this hotel a stand out when planning trips to Tucson.
