7. (several rooms on that side of the hotel were without hot water, maybe this was all due to the small fire and the fire alarm being stuck for 30 mins) After our 3rd room change (which the front desk was very sympathetic) we did receive a lunch voucher for 4 in the hotel bar & grill.

8. When I called the front desk, weary from a day of business and client entertainment, they were very nice and tried to assist, but their instruction was to turn my Firewall off.
