The pool are was nice and comfortable, even though I didn't use it on my trip, other dis (Canadians in Arizona in February always want to use the pool!)The hotel manager was specifically helpful when I was looking for a place to buy a 'nice' bottle of wine, and we even chatted about other drinks they had.

I’ve had a chance to visit with such a wide variety of staff from my housekeeper, a facilities person replacing wall paper in the men’s restroom, food and beverage manager, bell captain, front desk, gift shop, catering and the General Manager and every one was a pleasure to talk to and work with.
