4. I asked for a soda and got a plastic cup, couple of ice cubes and a can, had to pour it myself, but there was a tip jar on the counter and the two 'waitresses' (who spent more time talking amongst themselves) never moved from behind the bar to clean up or refresh plates, napkins or food.
