1. I have been in some newer Courtyards, and this does not compare, but it is clean, modern and the rooms refreshed, so I would recommend it.

2. But if you want a very reasonably priced breakfast option (also works for lunch), I highly recommend The Good Egg, located a 2-minute walk across the parking lot in a very nice strip mall.
