1. While this Marriott property does not offer complimentary breakfast (Residence Inn's and Fairfield Inn's do), I don't find that an issue.

2. Because there are still some renovations taking place (only the lobby and it in no way interfered with our stay), this Courtyard has been supplying complimentary breakfast (bagels, cereals, juices, muffins, yogurt), which is not the norm for a Courtyard.
