1. It's an easy walk to numerous restaurants, the university, and surrounding neighborhood (where our children both live as U of A Students.

3. Don't waste you money, however, because free WiFi, compliments of the University of Arizona, is widely available in the neighborhood, including the rooms where I have stayed within the hotel.
