1. Oh and since we were there on the weekend, parking in the garage was free but during the week they'd charge on a per night basis to use it.

2. They do charge for internet service for regular guests, it appears but we were given free internet service with our stay (there were a LOT of us)I had a few minor issues- the air-conditioning in my room was directed so that it hit exactly where I was sitting at the desk.

3. The only thing is wireline and wired internet are for charge and it's as i remember $12.75 for 24 hours.

5. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a charge for internet service - same as in similar business hotels in other cities - Denver, Omaha, Kansas City, etc. In our room we were able to access the guest U of A internet wi-fi network.

6. I did tell the front desk where I had parked when I was checking in and they never mentioned that the lot was not their lot and proceeded to charge me for overnight parking.

7. I am always confused why the higher end hotels charge such outrageous rates for internet use, but the Holiday Inns of the world let you use it free of charge.
